The Bishop Museum

The Bishop Museum is not far from where we live and we saw an ad in the paper that they had a Lego exhibit, so we wanted to check it out.  Then we got an invitation from some new friends to go along on a day she and her son were already planning on being there.  The boys had a blast at the Lego exhibit and I hope we can get back there again.  It was not anything huge, but there were lots of Legos to build with and even a way to take a picture of what you built and email it to yourself, friends, or family.

There were lots of other things to see and do at the museum; we did not even get to them all.  We did get to go to the kids' planetarium show, which the boys loved.  The area where all the planet/solar system information was located was very interesting to Jackson.  The planets might be his favorite science thing so far.  There was a big round apparatus in the middle of the room where you can change the planet to show all the planets in the solar system, the sun and the moon.
